Custom Orders

Most items are created based on customer-provided designs, references, or inspirations. Once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled after production begins.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are processed once payment or advance confirmation is received.

Shipping

Production and delivery timelines may vary depending on order complexity and location.

Returns

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.

We respect original creators and third-party artwork. If you have any concerns regarding design credit or removal, please contact us.
