At PlushhStudios, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted and made specially you. Pieces which are personalized and made-to-order, we request you to review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Orders & Payment Terms

⦁    A 60% advance payment is required to confirm and begin the production. 
⦁    The remaining 40% payment must be cleared before dispatch.
⦁    Production begins only after the advance payment has been received.
As each piece is custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, except in the case of damage during shipping.

Damaged or Defective Products

Every item is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure quality.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please share:
⦁    A clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package
⦁    Clear photos of the product and packaging
⦁    Your order details
Please note that the unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to shipping damage.
Once we review the case, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include:
⦁    A replacement
⦁    Repair or correction
⦁    Another appropriate solution based on the issue

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

As all products are handcrafted and personalized, we do not offer returns or refunds for:
⦁    Change of mind after placing the order
⦁    Incorrect measurements or size chosen by the customer
⦁    Slight color differences due to screen settings, lighting, or photography
⦁    Personal preference after delivery
Minor variations in texture, finish, or handmade details are natural and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Production & Shipping

Our estimated production time is 10–15 business days from the date the advance payment is received.
Dispatch takes place only after the pending balance is cleared.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional courier delays or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery schedules.
