At PlushhStudios, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order with care and attention to detail. Since each creation is personalized, our shipping process is designed to ensure your order reaches you safely and smoothly.

Order Confirmation & Production

⦁    To begin working on your order, a 60% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation.
⦁    Production starts only after the advance amount has been received.
⦁    The remaining 40% balance must be completed before your order is dispatched. As all products are custom-made, the estimated production time is typically 10–15 business days, depending on the design and level of customization.

Dispatch & Shipping Process

Once your order is completed and the full payment is received:
⦁    Your product is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery
⦁    The order is dispatched through trusted courier partners
⦁    Tracking details will be shared with you once the shipment is sent

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier service availability.
While we aim to dispatch and deliver within the estimated timeframe, shipping may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or operational issues.
