Order Confirmation & Production
⦁ To begin working on your order, a 60% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation.
⦁ Production starts only after the advance amount has been received.
⦁ The remaining 40% balance must be completed before your order is dispatched. As all products are custom-made, the estimated production time is typically 10–15 business days, depending on the design and level of customization.
Dispatch & Shipping Process
Once your order is completed and the full payment is received:

⦁ The order is dispatched through trusted courier partners
⦁ Tracking details will be shared with you once the shipment is sent
