Everyday Care

• Gently vacuum using low suction or a handheld vacuum
• Avoid vacuum brushes, rotating rollers, or beater bars
• Use a lint roller or soft brush to remove dust, lint, and pet hair
• Light shedding in the beginning is completely normal for handmade tufted pieces

Spill & Stain Care

• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth
• Do not rub or scrub the area
• For minor stains, use a soft cloth with mild soap and lukewarm water
• Dab gently and let the rug air dry flat

Handling Loose Threads

As each rug is hand-tufted, occasional loose fibers may appear over time.

Simply trim loose threads carefully with scissors.

Please do not pull the yarn, as this may affect the design and structure.
